I am an Italian IT technician, web & graphic designer based in Sonoma County, California. I was born in Modena, Emilia Romagna, Italy. Since I was young, I had a passion for foreign languages and technology. After graduating from Ca’ Foscari University in Venice and obtaining the Bachelor’s Degree in Languages and Cultures of Eastern Asia at Ca’ Foscari University in Venice with a concentration of Japanese custom and language, I attended City University of New York – Borough of Manhattan Community College, in New York City. There, I obtained an Associate Degree in Science in Multimedia Programming and Design and worked part-time at CUNY Hostos Community College as a Digital Design Assistant.
After 5 years of East Coast life, I moved to California where I continued my studies in Computer Science that I started at the City University of New York – Hunter College to Sonoma State University. While studying I worked as a front-end web developer at a marketing web agency in the San Francisco Bay Area. Currently, I’m working full time at a study abroad provider office as a Web & Graphic Design Developer, and IT technician.
When I have the possibility I like to go back to Italy to visit friends and family, and in my spare time, I like reading European and Japanese literature, hiking, and listening to music on vinyl with my husband.
